How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Allow a processing time of 2-7 days! I am working on my own to take, package and ship orders.

I ship from Australia, meaning that international delivery times can take a while depending where you are situated. Both domestic and international deliveries are sent through Australia Post.

The productive is defective, can I order a replacement / get a full refund?

I double check when packaging the products to make sure the quality is fine. Damage would likely occur through the delivery process.

If the productive is defective, please send me a photo via Instagram or Twitter DMs, and we can discuss our options from there!

There was a mistake with my order, what can be done?

Refunds for the product price are guaranteed if I shipped the wrong item or there is a missing item.

Returns and exchanges can be discussed via DMs.

When will you restock products?

I plan on restocking every few months, at least 3-4 times a year! I apologise for the limited stock this time around as it is my first time opening an online store.


I will likely next restock in July 2024. Updates will be posted through my socials.
